For the 2030 Universal Exhibition, Italy is asking the Central African Republic to support its candidacy. Professor Faustin Archange Touadera received Italian diplomats for this purpose.
President Faustin Archange TOUADERA received on Tuesday, July 05, 2022, Mario Giro, responsible for international relations of the community of Sant ‘Egidio. This special envoy from the Italian government came to propose to Touadera to support Rome’s candidacy for the organization of the Universal Expo 2030.
Issues around the improvement of the security situation, economic difficulties and the establishment of new businesses in the Central African Republic were also discussed during this meeting.
The Italian diplomat reiterated Italy’s support through the Community of Sant’Egidio which works in the Central African Republic in the fight once morest HIV/AIDS, vaccination once morest COVID 19 and the management of a transfusion center blood.
