Italian company Moto Parilla launches electric bicycle made with carbon fiber

The company Moto Parilla announced an all-carbon e-bike. It’s regarding the Hiro, a vehicle that weighs around 22 kg and comes with a 720 Wh battery. In this sense, the product arrives for the Italian market and will be sold at a promotional price until the end of next month.

For starters, the frame of this bike is a monoshock made of carbon fiber. In addition, the seat angle is 75.5º and the steering angle measures 65.5º. The shock is a Rook Shox Super Deluxe+ and the front end has a 160mm Rock Shox Domain fork.

Despite the battery capacity having been revealed, the company did not present an estimate regarding the autonomy of the item. As for features, Hiro has five pedal assist modes and Edge motor by OLI eBike Systems. The brakes, in turn, are in charge of the Magura MT4, with discs of 220 and 203 mm.

Furthermore, the bike has Vittoria E-Mazza tires and a 12-speed SRAM SX gearbox. Compared to an Acer model launched in March of this year, which arrived promising above-average autonomy, in addition to using AI resources in its operation.

This electric bike has been announced for the Italian market in three sizes and is priced at a promotional price of 5.499 euros (R$ 29,319 in direct conversion), which will last until the June 31st. After that period, the value of the item will rise to 6.499 euros (BRL 34,651). Finally, also check out the model announced by Toyota earlier this year.
