Asuncion, IP Agency.- On August 27, 2009, the Itaipu Paraguay Technology Park (PTI-PY) was created to consolidate its position as the executing arm of projects to promote progress through the implementation of innovative technological solutions; being the first and only technological park in the country.
In 15 years of institutional life, the PTI-PY has promoted development through science, technology and innovation in the search to contribute to regional and national strengthening, in a sustainable manner, through the execution of various projects.
The park was born with the mission of creating an ecosystem where innovation and technology are the main tools for progress. It offers spaces, facilities, products and services that foster competitiveness, not only at a national level, but also in the international context.
Over the past fifteen years, the PTI-PY has hosted several projects, from the implementation of specialized laboratories to the promotion of initiatives in key areas such as electromobility and renewable energy.
