However, temperatures are rising again and the feeling is that the heat has no intention of taking a step back. This is also confirmed by Colonel Mario Giuliacci, who on meteogiuliacci.it predicts the prevalence of sunny weather and a certain stability. “It is not a particularly oppressive heat like the one we had to endure in the first half of August, but in any case it will be felt in the next few days”, writes the expert, who then goes into detail and explains that the maximum temperatures “will generally be between 30 and 34 degrees, and some peaks of 35-36 degrees”.

According to the latest projections of the forecast models, “even without reaching the peaks” of the last few weeks, “the heat will also be quite persistent in this case”. A “partial temporary attenuation” is expected in the North at the beginning of next week. The reason? “An Atlantic disturbance will touch the Alps, but it will be a modest drop, just 2-3 degrees, and will not affect the rest of Italy”. How will the month of August end? The heat will remain, but temperatures “will not reach the peaks reached in the first half of August and will remain far from the boiling threshold of 40 degrees”, concludes the meteorologist.
