‘I had Sanju’s two bats to play cricket with. He was willing to give me two of his bats. After retiring from cricket I had nothing so I had to do everything from scratch. Yusi, you offered me some kits. That is what I am waiting for,’ said Kumar Sangakkara.

After watching this video, Rajasthan skipper Sanju Samson gave a touching reply. ‘Kumar Sangakkara used my bat, it’s a dream,’ Sanju wrote on social media following watching Sanga’s video.

Meanwhile, Sanju played as India’s vice-captain in the five-match T20 series once morest Zimbabwe following the World Cup. The Malayali player was not able to be a part of the team in the first two matches.
