We all recognize our common problem. Now is the time to find common solutions. Solutions that will gain direct application in our everyday life and which will have social cohesion as a compass. Solutions that will support young couples, ensuring the necessary balance between work and personal life. Such policies have been promoted by the Greek Government with the favorable housing loan programs “My Home 1 and 2”, but also with the presentation of the first National Demographic Action Plan with a ten-year horizon. All European societies must follow this path of long-term strategic planning. We also have this responsibility as members of the REGI Committee. To take initiatives aimed at strengthening the silver economy and regional development in order to revitalize our continent as a whole. Ladies and gentlemen colleagues, Now we must act!
