Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa says that it is the right of every citizen to disagree with the decisions of the judiciary, it is not necessary for the citizen to agree, but it is seen in the judicial decisions that justice is being done.

Justice Qazi Faiz Isa while addressing the launch ceremony of Federal Judicial Academy’s e-campus said that Federal Judicial Academy is working under a strong board, the success of the academy is the success of all of us.

He said that 3200 judges are performing duties across the country, training is being provided in the academy under different stages, judges can share their experiences and ideas with each other, the judicial academy brings together judges from different provinces and regions. There is a way to do it.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan said that he is satisfied to see the use of modern technology in the Judicial Academy, the live hearing of the cases gives the viewers an opportunity to learn, the hearing of the Practice and Procedure Act was held live in the Supreme Court, it is a pleasure. Technology is being used in the Supreme Court, we should be aware of the environment, pollution and climate change, if we don’t save the environment we will have no future.

He said that law students can benefit from direct hearing, through direct hearing the confidence of people increases that justice is being done, cases of public importance are telecasted directly from the Supreme Court, this process is in the justice system. It will bring more transparency.

Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that if the civil judges are trained, the pressure on the high courts will be reduced. In order to prevent serious litigation, it would be necessary to ensure that everyone has the same standard, so that people can also learn about disputes.
