Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that to fix the health and education system, the powers should be transferred to the lower level, it is impossible to run the big departments better than the provincial level.
In Peshawar, Ali Amin Gandapur chaired a meeting regarding reforms in the health and education sectors.
The issue of education card on the pattern of health card was also discussed in the meeting.
Ali Amin directed that teaching cadre and management cadre should be kept separately in health and education department. It also said that teachers should be recruited on contract basis in schools established in rented buildings.
