Iyad Nassar and Mona Zaki are participating alongside Adel Karam, Nadine Labaki, Diamond Abboud and George Khabbaz, and the work is inspired by the Italian movie Perfect Strangers.
The events of the drama movie “The Best Friends” revolve around a group of seven friends who meet for dinner and decide to play a game, where everyone puts their mobile phones on the dinner table, provided that all new messages or calls are in full view of everyone. And soon the game, which was initially fun and interesting, turns into a barrage of scandals and secrets that no one, including the closest friends, knew regarding.
“Perfect Strangers” is the Italian film that achieved a record number of copies that were presented around the world, with a total of 18 copies, and it brings together a group of great Arab artists for the first time. The film is directed by Wissam Samira, and it is his first cinematic directing experience.
And the artist, Mona Zaki, sent a mysterious message to the artist, Iyad Nassar, on her personal Instagram page, where Mona Zaki published a picture of Iyad Nassar and commented: “You remain the strangest person for me.”
