Israel’s ‘smallest attack will lead to big and strong’ response: Iranian President

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has once once more warned, amid global concern over the dangers of a full-scale war in the Middle East, that “even the smallest attack” by Israel will lead to a “big and strong” response.

According to the report of the Qatari broadcasting agency “Al-Jazeera”, this warning came from President Ibrahim Raisi at a time when he was addressing Iran’s annual military parade.

The world is worried regarding possible retaliation for Iran’s attack on Israel last weekend.

Despite calls from countries around the world to refrain from retaliating, Israel has vowed to respond, and Britain’s Foreign Secretary, visiting Israel, signaled that he had decided to take ‘action’.

Speaking at the event, Ibrahim Raisi praised Iran’s direct attack on Israel, calling the Iranian attack a ‘true promise’, the Iranian president calling recent threats of a ‘strong and severe response’ in the event of Israeli action a Repeated once more.

Ibrahim Raisi asserted that the people of the world saw that following Hamas’s attack on Israel, Operation True Promises destroyed the false supremacy of the Zionist regime.

Describing the Iranian attack as ‘limited’, he claimed that if Iran wanted to launch a bigger attack, ‘the Zionist regime would not have spared a single bit’.

Iranian officials have said that any retaliation by Israel will be met with a strong response.

According to a statement released by the president on his official website, he said that this will be the time when the supporters of the Zionist regime will realize that their hidden power will not be able to do anything.

Background: Iran’s attack on Israel

It should be noted that on the night of April 13, Iran fired regarding 300 drones and cruise missiles at Israel, which has been named Operation True Promises.

Israeli defense installations and military bases were targeted in the attack.

According to the Iranian media, this attack is in response to the attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1, in which 12 people, including the leader of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, were martyred.
