The official Palestinian television announced that one of its correspondents in the Gaza Strip died this Thursday in an Israeli bombing of his apartment.
“Colleague Mohammad Abu Hatab fell as a martyr with members of his family in an Israeli bombing of his house in Jan Junes (south),” Palestine TV reported.

In his last live broadcast on television, Mohammad Abu Hatab, 52, had recounted the 27th day of the war between Israel and the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas.
“The morgues that are filled with martyrs and the bodies that are still under the rubble,” he described.
At least 27 Palestinian journalists have been killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of the conflict, according to the Palestinian journalists’ union.

The war was unleashed following the bloody attack by the Islamist movement once morest Israel on October 7, which left more than 1,400 dead, according to Israeli authorities.
