The Israeli army said Wednesday it killed around 90 gunmen and arrested 160 people during its operation in the al-Chifa hospital complex in Gaza. The largest hospital in the Gaza Strip before the war, al-Chifa is one of the few medical establishments still partially functioning in the north of the enclave. A certain number of civilians displaced by the fighting also took refuge there.
