Palestine – Palestinian media reported today, Thursday, that clashes continued in the city of Tulkarm and its camp, northwest of the West Bank, following a large-scale Israeli military incursion tonight.
A short while ago, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the killing of 3 Palestinians in a bombing carried out by Israeli drones on Tulkarm camp.
Violent clashes have been taking place since the night hours, with Palestinian militants opening fire and detonating homemade explosive devices at Israeli military vehicles, damaging a number of them.
Israeli forces reportedly cut off roads leading to Tulkarm Governmental Hospital.
Meanwhile, the Israeli army surrounded a house in the city and targeted it with Energa shells.
The Resistance Brigades announced that its fighters are engaged in fierce clashes with the Israeli forces invading the Al-Murabba’a axis in Tulkarm, achieving direct hits.
In turn, the resistance factions announced that “within the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa, we targeted, in cooperation with the rapid response groups in Tulkarm camp, a D9 bulldozer in the Al-Akasha neighborhood and hit it directly.”
On the other hand, the resistance brigades in Tulkarm confirmed that their fighters are engaged in fierce clashes with the Israeli forces that have penetrated Tulkarm camp from several axes with machine guns and explosive devices, noting that they have detonated a number of explosive devices on Israeli army vehicles and soldiers and achieved direct hits.
Footage showed a military bulldozer on fire after it was targeted, and Israeli media said that an Israeli soldier was injured in the detonation of an explosive device in Tulkarm camp.
Also, Palestinian media reported that an Israeli suicide drone exploded inside Tulkarm camp, without reporting any injuries.
Since the night hours, Israeli forces have closed the entrances to Tulkarm camp, imposed a security cordon around it, besieged the city’s hospitals, and destroyed the infrastructure on several fronts.
