Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi has declared today a day of mourning for the martyrdom of 500 Palestinians in Israel’s brutal attack on a hospital in Gaza, saying that Israel mercilessly targeted innocent and helpless patients in the guise of power.
According to the World News Agency, Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi has condemned the devastating Israeli attack on the Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip and warned that Israel itself will soon be consumed by the high flames arising from the bombardment of the hospital.
The Iranian president blamed the US and Israel for the bombing of the hospital in Gaza and said that Wednesday will be a day of mourning across the country for this heartbreaking massacre. The silence of any free person on this heinous war crime of Israel is not permissible.
President Ibrahim Raisi also said that the fire of America and Israel in Gaza will engulf these countries and victory will be the destiny of the oppressed Palestinians.
Meanwhile, in Lebanon, the Iran-backed organization Hezbollah called for a “day of grief and anger” across the country today for the attack on the Gaza hospital. On this day, there will be a strike, demonstrations once morest Israel will be held in the streets and squares.
Earlier, Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman Nasir Kanani also condemned the attack on the hospital, calling it a barbaric war crime and genocide.
It should be noted that since Israel’s bombardment threat and withdrawal ultimatum, more than 1 million people have been displaced from northern Gaza to the southern region.
