Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The Israeli army announced the assassination of the commander of the southern Gaza Strip in the Islamic Jihad movement, Khaled Mansour, on Sunday, and published a video of the process of targeting him in an air raid.

It is noteworthy that Mansour is the second Islamic Jihad commander to be assassinated by Israel in the military escalation in the Gaza Strip following the commander of the Al-Quds Brigades, Taysir Al-Jabari, who was assassinated on Friday.
