TODAY, sports nutrition in the world has experienced developments and changes along with increasing awareness of the importance of nutrition in supporting the performance of athletes and physically active individuals.

In Indonesia, public awareness of the importance of nutrition and exercise has also increased. Two major sporting events held this year, namely the 2024 Paris Olympics and the 2024 Indonesian National Sports Week (PON) Aceh-Medan, have also become highlights that have increased public enthusiasm for sports.

This is in line with one of Indonesia’s visions based on Presidential Regulation No. 86 of 2021 concerning the Grand Design of National Sports, namely to realize a fit Indonesia, with 70% of the community actively participating in sports, so that it is hoped that 60% have a good level of physical fitness.
