Islam-hating American soldier, who started preaching Islam – World

Some videos and photos capture the attention of social media users, with a heart-warming story.

Such is the case with a former US military officer, whose life-changing story has gone viral on social media.

Former US Marine Richard McKinney got everyone’s attention because he hated Islam so much, but when his hatred turned into love for Islam, he himself knew.

According to Voice of America, Richard hated Islam to such an extent that he had prepared to blow up a mosque with a bomb.

“I needed concrete evidence for these people, so that I could tell my loved ones that I was doing the right thing,” said Richard.

Everyone who knew me knew how much I hated Muslims.

I was even handcuffed to the front lawn by the FBI when my wife found out I was building a bomb. Richard was looking forward to Ramadan because he believed that the mosques would be more crowded during Ramadan, which would further strengthen his goal.

And then during Friday prayers, Richard was about to detonate the bomb. Having spent 2 years on this project, Richard was close to achieving his goal, but was surprised by the warm and impressive reception from the Muslims in the mosque. .

He explains that they made me feel that I belonged among them, accepted me even though I was not a Muslim until then.

The Isidoran worshipers also gave Richard the Koran, telling him to read it and ask him if he had any questions. After which Richard also researched and realized that my opinion about Islam and Muslims was wrong.

Richard had understood the Quran with translation, after which he realized that what was in the Quran was contrary to the information given to non-Muslims about Muslims.

After which Richard himself also accepted Islam, the interesting thing is that after accepting Islam, Richard was elected as the president of the same building that he wanted to destroy with an explosion.
