Some parts may appear squished when the display is exposed to strong light. This is caused by press processing for waterproofing and dustproofing. This is not a product defect. No problem with your phone. |
According to Samsung, this symptom is not a bug.
However, Twitter’s response is that Samsung’s answer is unconvincing, such as ‘This is a defect no matter what Samsung says’ or ‘Is that Samsung’s answer to expensive products?’
