Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development revealed the possibility of a Saudi employee working in more than one agency.
The Ministry received, through the “Customer Care” account, an inquiry from an employee, in which he said, “I was employed and registered in the insurance, and I have a second job, and so far they have not registered me in the insurance for a trial period, meaning I will hold two jobs. Is this a violation?”
The ministry responded by saying, “There is nothing in the labor system that prevents a working citizen from combining two jobs unless the contract stipulates otherwise, and if the social insurance is registered in two facilities, the settlement percentage is calculated in the first facility in which the worker was added.”
Peace be upon you, welcome Ayman
