The second race day of the Ironman Hawaii 2022, with the men’s field and once more around 2,500 male age groupers, was characterized by fast conditions for the pros, since at least until noon there was only a very gentle breeze in the lava fields. This is one of the reasons why the overall and the cycling and running record tumbled.
