Al-Marsad newspaper: Iraqi demonstrators burned pictures of the Iranian terrorist leader of the Quds Force, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy head of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Authority, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, who were killed in an American strike in Baghdad. As reported by Al Arabiya.

A video clip showed that a number of demonstrators took down a picture of Qassem Soleimani, which was hung on a pillar, to be burned.

Iraq is witnessing massive demonstrations by supporters of the leader of the Sadrist movement, and they were able to storm the presidential palace in the Iraqi capital, “Baghdad”.

It is noteworthy that the leader of the Sadrist movement in Iraq, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced earlier his final retirement from political affairs in response to the statement of the reference, in which he announced the retirement of the reference work, and the recommendation to follow the reference of the Supreme Leader in Iran, Ali Khamenei.

Al-Sadr said, in a statement, “Now I announce the final retirement and the closure of all institutions, except for the Holy Shrine, the Noble Museum, and the honorable Al-Sadr Heritage Authority. Everyone is free from me, and if I die or am killed, I ask you Al-Fatihah and supplication.”
