The head of the National Wisdom Movement, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, confirmed that Iraq has made great strides on the road to stability.

Al-Hakim said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that he stressed, during his meeting with the delegation of the European Foundation for Dialogue, the continuous need for dialogue at the internal and external levels, pointing out that “Iraq has made great strides on the path of stability, achieving prosperity and the aspirations of its people.”
He referred to the nature of the challenges that Iraq faced, stressing that its historical depth and social stability played a major role in overcoming adversities and challenges.
He stressed his role in combating terrorism and extremism, as the Iraqis made huge sacrifices in the field of combating terrorism and liberating the land, and one of the most important gains is the loss of terrorism to its social and intellectual incubators, stressing also the importance of diversity as a source of enrichment for Iraqi society.
And he renewed his call to manage diversity and start from the Iraqi component diversity towards the peoples of the region and the world.
