Iran has installed thousands of advanced cruise missiles in its fleet. According to foreign media reports, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard has suddenly increased its naval strength. Revolutionary Guards have equipped the navy with more than 2500 missile systems and drones.
These missiles are capable of carrying high explosives and cannot be detected. According to Iranian media, these missiles can target the enemy from both close and far distances.
Long and short range missiles, spy drones and radars have also been added to the fleet. Navy said in a statement that these missile systems are equipped with advanced anti-surface and sub-surface weapons.
The well-known website Middle East Monitor said in a report, citing Iran’s Tasnim news agency, that the weapons added to the Iranian navy can destroy even destroyers.
