Iranian Foreign Minister in Beirut to meet official and party officials

Arrive Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdullahian, today, Thursday, to Beirut, on an official visit to Lebanon that will continue until tomorrow.

Upon his arrival, Abdollahian affirmed Iran’s readiness to “cooperate” with Lebanon “in many fields”, including energy. Abdollahian met in Beirut with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.

During this visit, he will also meet the President of the Lebanese Republic, Michel Aoun, Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib, in addition to meetings with political and party figures.

Abdullahian was received at Beirut airport by two representatives for Hezbollah And another movement I hope allied with him.

In Beirut, Abdullahian met with officials from Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front.

Abdullahian’s meeting with the Palestinian factions

Iran’s foreign minister came to Lebanon Coming from Damascus Where he met Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Foreign Minister Faisal Miqdad, and the head of the Syrian National Security Bureau, Major General Ali Mamlouk, who had visited Tehran at the end of last month.

This was the second visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister to Damascus since the end of last August.
