The iOS 17.1 update fixed many bugs, particularly those related to the operation of the iPhone 15. But that doesn’t mean that everything was perfect while waiting for iOS17.2.
In fact, new bugs have since been discovered, which prompted the launch of a new update: iOS 17.1.1.
On the program, the resolution of a lot of relatively minor problems such as a problem with the weather widget on the lock screen or a bug concerning Apple Pay.
It also solves a serious problem with the wireless charging of the iPhone 15 on BMW, which tended to simply fry the chip of the iPhones.
At the same time, an update for watchOS, watchOS10.1.1, was released to fix a bug that was draining the battery of Apple Watches much too quickly.
As for the iOS17.2 update, it is still in beta, and should be released around December, as explained Macrumors.
