Apple has revealed that the long-awaited iOS 15.4 update is coming sometime next week, and iOS 15.4, which has been in beta testing since January, will be available to users of Apple Inc. Iphone Unlock their smartphone while wearing a mask.
It includes 37 new emoji, including a motorcycle tire, sledge, disco ball, elf with a club, coral, beans and low battery.
There’s also a new voice for Siri, and Apple’s confirmation comes on the heels of revealing new products, including the third-generation phone in the iPhone SE line.
The availability of iOS 15.4 was also quietly announced by Apple in a press release for new versions of the iPhone 13.
At the bottom of the release, the company says in small text: “It will be The operating system iOS 15.4 is available as a free software update starting next week.”
The company has not revealed what day it will be available, although it does indicate that it might be the same day as the green iPhones become available which is March 18.
Also, almost two years ago since the start of the Covid pandemic, Apple is finally allowing iPhone users to unlock their iPhone using Face ID when wearing a face mask.
Face ID, Apple’s facial recognition system, finally received the all-important update as part of iOS 15.4, which has been in beta testing throughout February.
