A OLXone of the main platforms for buying and selling used products in Brazil, released a survey that puts the iPhone SE (2nd generation, launched in 2020) among the best-selling and sought-following gamer cell phones on the platform in Brazil in 2022.
According to the data, the Xiaomi Redmi 9 was the best-selling model, followed by the iPhone SE (2020), which ranked second. The device is one of the two representatives of Apple in the ranking, which still has the iPhone 12 mini, in fifth place. O Top 5 still have the Motorola Moto G8 Power (third place) and the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (quarto).
When we talk regarding the most popular smartphones, the iPhone SE (2020) takes the lead, reversing its position with the Redmi 9, which occupies second place. The iPhone 12 mini also comes out better in this ranking (third), followed by the Galaxy S20 FE (fourth) and the Moto G8 Power (fifth).

OLX also released an economy ranking, which indicates (average) that iPhone SE buyers saved regarding 43% when choosing to purchase on the platform. It occupies the sixth place in the ranking with the biggest savings, which still has the iPhone 12 mini (in twelfth place), with only 5% savings.

We are not sure what the criteria used by OLX were to consider a smartphone as gamer, so the platform definition is somewhat vague. Still, it’s interesting to note how iPhones also feature prominently in this category that they’re not often associated with.
