A Apple gave another good update to its classification of discontinued devices. Now the 1st generation iPhone SElaunched by the company in 2016, is considered a product vintage (classic)– that is, it entered the list of products that the company stopped distributing for sale more than five years ago and less than seven years ago.
Other products that have just joined the same list are second generation 12.9-inch iPad Pro (both the model with connectivity and the one that only supports Wi-Fi), announced and launched in 2017, and the Beats Solo3 Wireless personalizados do Mickey2018.
The list of obsolete products, whose distribution by Apple ceased more than seven years ago, was also updated — this one, only with Beats products. The group joined the Powerbeats 2 and the Beats Solo2 Wirelesslaunched in 2015 and 2014, respectively.
When a product gains obsolete status, remember, all hardware service provided by Apple is discontinued and the company’s official service providers can no longer order parts to repair them.
