Apple should make available a series of new features in the next major update for its tablets. According to information disclosed by the leaker known as analyst941iPadOS 17 will deliver several improvements to users, from new widgets to a more customizable lock screen.
One of the expected changes is in the Stage Manager. According to leakerthe Cupertino giant will implement webcam support for external monitors and the possibility of transmitting various audio and video sources.
Other new features are the best audio output configuration and the ability to turn off the iPad screen while the external monitor is on – which will save more device battery.
The revealed rumors are shown to be quite likely, since the same leaker correctly predicted some details regarding the Dynamic Island (Dynamic Island), the new notch of the iPhone 14 Pro series, even before its launch.
However, it is important to note that the company has not yet confirmed these changes for the future version of its operating system for tablets – which does not guarantee certainty that the changes will come.
