iPadOS 16 may make the iPad more like a laptop

As the big WWDC 2022 annual developer conference approaches, just days away, Apple is leaning toward redesigning the multitasking functionality on iPadOS 16, revamping the tablet experience so that it’s closer to a macOS or Windows laptop.

That news came from Bloomberg that the updated tablet operating system would offer multitasking aspects identical to a Mac, including floating windowed apps.

The source who provided her with the information said that the significant changes will make it easier for users to see which applications are currently open and quickly switch between applications, and it appears that there will be an option to resize application windows as well.

Not only that, iPads are lightweight, portable, fast and available with loads of accessories. Not only that, they come with something Mac and MacBook computers don’t have like a touch screen, add first-class internals, and more.
