In Georgia, Gov. Brian Kemp signed a law banning most underage gender-confirming surgeries and hormone treatments. The governor of Arkansas signed a similar law into law for his state on Wednesday. In Idaho, such a law still lacks the governor’s signature. Similar laws apply in Mississippi, Utah and South Dakota. Such a legislative process is underway in Missouri.
