How to update iOS15.4
Simply put, anyone using iOS14 or iOS15 can immediately update to iOS15.4 by going to Settings >> Select General >> Select Software Update >> and select Download and Install. It can now be downloaded using either Wi-Fi or over cellular networks like 4G and 5G. However, the remaining battery life of the update must be at least 50% before the download and installation can proceed.
What’s new on iOS 15.4
Face ID can be unlocked while wearing a mask.
You do not need to remove the mask to scan the mask. After updating and setting up a new Face ID, even if you’re wearing a mask, you can scan to unlock the screen. This is only available on the iPhone12 series and above, while the iPhone 11 comes down to skip this feature. But you can use a similar feature, unlock with Apple Watch.
