On Monday, August 19, the 38-year-old man who shot and killed his 62-year-old aunt in the village of Perivleptos in Ioannina will be pardoned.

The perpetrator who was taken to the courthouse of Ioannina requested and received a deadline to apologize for the charges of intentional homicide with possible intent, illegal possession of firearms and firearms use.

According to the case file, the motive that led the man to shoot his aunt has not been ascertained. The weapon used by the defendant was found by the police in a water tank that he had thrown away after his act.

It is recalled that the 38-year-old confessed to the murder of his 62-year-old aunt who was found dead on Friday morning (16/8) in her home in Perivleptos Ioannina.
