The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) announced that the submission of bids will take place at the Single Entrance Desk of the MOPC central building (Oliva corner Alberdi), on September 4 at 9:00 a.m.
The opening of bids will take place in the auditorium on the third floor at 9:30 a.m. The estimated amount for this tender is G. 18,839,000,000.
This is Tender 449207 “Call MOPC No. 35/2024 divided into three: Lot 1 of route PY19 in the section Villeta Km 40 – Alberdi (68.2 km); Lot 2.1 route PY13 section Curuguaty – Villa Ygatymi – Ypejhú (82 km), while Lot 3.1 (175 km total) includes the route Mcal. Estigarribia – estancia la Patria (PY09) and La Patria – Infante Rivarola (D092).
About the works to be inspected
The rehabilitation and maintenance works of these projects were awarded on August 26 through Resolution No. 1461/24, with a total investment of more than G. 148,000 million.
The contract, both for the works and for the inspection, is based on fixed unit prices, where the MOPC applies prices to an estimated list of quantities of works and inspection services determined by the contracting administration. The total value of the contract, both for the works and for the inspection, will be calculated by adding these unit prices multiplied by the quantities actually performed.
