The Major General, Director of Dakahlia Security, received a notification from Colonel Fathi Hashem, the commissioner of the Minyat al-Nasr police station, that a report had been received from the people of the village of Mit Tamma, affiliated to the center’s department, about a woman in her fourth decade lying on the side of one of the canals in the village.
Immediately, the center’s detective officers, headed by Ahmed Al-Azab, head of the investigations, moved to the place of the communication. On examination, a woman named Hanan M. 33 years old, who holds a BA in Arabic education, was found. The case was transferred to Minya Al-Nasr Hospital and transferred to the International Hospital in Mansoura.
Initial investigations revealed that the woman was from the village and that she had tried to end her life by throwing herself under the wheels of an agricultural tractor. One of the mother’s neighbors indicated that she was going through a bad psychological state in the last period, which prompted her to get rid of her children inside their bedroom.
The initial medical report indicated that the mother was in danger, as it was found that she had cut wounds in separate parts of the body, due to throwing herself in front of an agricultural tractor on the bridge of the village.
