Investigations against three people after a bus accident in Mestre

After the bus accident in Mestre near Venice with 21 deaths and 18 injuries, investigations have been started once morest three people. Two patients are still in mortal danger, the health authorities announced on Wednesday.

The devastating accident occurred on October 3rd in the mainland district of Mestre in the lagoon city of Venice. The shuttle bus from a campsite in the Marghera district – around three kilometers from the scene of the accident – with many day holidaymakers on board fell from a bridge onto a railway line underneath. The vehicle immediately caught fire. The 21 fatalities were all foreigners, apart from the Italian bus driver who also died.
