The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed him to submit a report on the case of migrant teenagers who robbed a child in Samara. The press service of the department reported this.
“The head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Samara Region to report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case. And also notify regarding the established circumstances,” the press service wrote in the telegram channel.
According to the department’s press service, a group of teenagers from neighboring countries robbed and also harassed children. At the same time, the teenagers shouted threats following the children. As a result, investigators opened a criminal case under Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Robbery”).
Earlier, the head of the Investigative Committee, Bastrykin, put the case under control on the fact of harassment of a migrant driver minibuses to a passenger in the Chelyabinsk region. This was stated in the press service of the department. In this regard, the investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia are conducting a pre-investigation check in the region.
