Actor Devin Latray, who played Kevin’s older brother Buzz in the movie ‘Home Alone’, is being investigated by prosecutors for sexual assault.
CNN reported on the 25th (local time) that the New York Prosecutor’s Office is investigating a sexual assault case, including listening to a statement from Lisa Smith, who alleges sexual assault on Latray in May.
Smith, a friend of Latrey’s, alleges that she and Latray committed the crime in September 2017 following they drank a drink they believed to have been drinking together.
The case was already closed by the investigative agency five years ago. In this regard, Smith recently requested a re-investigation, saying the police and prosecutors did not properly handle the case.
Ratray, on the other hand, is said to have completely denied the allegations.
