There are still no detainees for the death of a couple of merchants inside their residence in the Los Alacranes sector.
Authorities continue the investigation following the double homicide of a business couple inside their residence in San Félix.
Unofficially, it was learned that there are still no detainees in this case.
Inhabitants of the Los Alacranes sector and adjacent areas have asked for justice for Hildebrando Ortiz and Mirla Brito through social networks.
Finding
The bodies of Ortiz and Brito, 58 and 54 years old, respectively, were found in bed inside their home located in the Los Alacranes sector, on Libertador Avenue.
Both corpses were dressed and with signs of having been tied by the hands and ankles. Presumably, they would have died from mechanical asphyxiation.
The murderers would have carried several valuables from the residence, in addition to two iPhone cell phones and a third ZTE brand, for which reason theft is presumed to be the motive for the event.
Both the man and the woman were merchants, owners of an establishment that sold screws and automotive parts.
The scene was guarded by members of the Caroní Municipal Police and the Bolívar State Police.
A commission from the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) removed the bodies.
