German ambassador commits to arms
Germany’s ambassador to Japan von Götze held an exclusive press conference with Kyodo News in Tokyo by the 23rd. Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused the Ukrainian people of “continuing a devastating war” that will completely destroy the land of Ukraine.
Germany is one of the major arms suppliers to Ukraine, along with the United States and the United Kingdom. At first, he was cautious regarding providing it, but he changed his policy in the face of a full-scale invasion. It has sent new air defense missiles and self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine, and made it clear that it will continue to support Ukraine.
