DJI has finally brought advanced camera systems to its non-professional drone lineup. It launched the DJI Air 3, the successor to the popular Air 2S and the drone that brought the 1-inch sensor to the masses. The Air 3 already has dual cameras, both wide and telephoto. But both sensors on the DJI Air 3 are 48MP 1/1.3in, slightly smaller than the 20MP 1in, but the main camera has a much brighter f/1.7 lens (vs. 22mm f/2.8 on the Air 2S) and a quad- Bayer will process 12MP images by default. But you can still shoot at full 48MP resolution. As per the specs, the main wide camera is a 24mm f/1.7 camera, the telephoto is a 70mm f/2.8, and both lenses have. The autofocus system is the same.
