Jeddah – Minister of Information and Broadcasting and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Radio and Television Corporation Salman Bin Youssef Al Dosari announced the launch of a new channel in Saudi Arabia called ‘Saudi Now’ on the country’s 93rd National Day.
The channel will start working on Saudi National Day on 23rd of this month. Now Channel will serve as the official Saudi platform for broadcasting all official entertainment programs and activities.
The new channel aims to bring to the people the large-scale development activities currently taking place in the country by organizing various programs in all local and international political, economic, educational and entertainment fields. Mohammed bin Fahd Al Harithi, CEO of the Radio and Television Corporation, said that the “Saudi Now” channel has completed all preparations.
Necessary preparations have also been completed for the new channel to cover events live and interact with the audience through integration with social media platforms. It will also include events, activities, exhibitions and conferences in all regions of the country.
