lets Sharjah Reading Festival The child has many events and activities dedicated to children, in addition to a large number of seminars that bring together great writers from different countries of the world, and being a festival that addresses the child in the first place, there are many talented and creative children themselves who participate in what they possess of faculties that make them in the future big stars, whether in writing Or music or singing and so on, and during our tour of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival in its 14th session, we met a 9-year-old Indian girl who is remarkably good at speaking and expressing, and it turned out that she is participating in her first book with her parents, and that is why we spoke to her.
Indian child Sherimad Sriraj said, I started writing when I was 7 years old and my dream is to become a well-known writer. I also like to thank Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi for the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival, which addresses children like me, who was able to highlight my talents and that writing is an important matter. In addition to my success in writing my first book.
Sherimad Sridag added, in exclusive statements to “The Seventh Day,” when I was two years old and my father and daughter were going to work, so my grandfather and grandmother would sit with me, so that my grandfather would live regarding stories of nature and the sea in the place where we lived, and I began to memorize many stories from him, and when I joined the school and began to tell these stories to my classmates and colleagues, as well as the teachers, and the interest began to be that I possessed the queen of narration, and I started writing from my imagination at the age of seven, and I felt that I had a passion for reading and writing, as my family and my school took care of this talent, and when I finished the first book I was happy to participate in the course The 14th of Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival.
The child, Sherimad Sridaj, also gave advice to children through a video in Hindi through the lens of “The Seventh Day.” She said, “I advise all children to read a lot and not be subject to phones or smart devices for a long time, and they should devote the most time to reading and not sit on those devices that steal time.”
