The Quebec City Police Service would have intervened for a toddler in cardiorespiratory arrest in a daycare center on rue des Huards in the borough of Haute-Saint-Charles, in Quebec.
The call reportedly came around 3:40 p.m. Resuscitation maneuvers would have been practiced on the spot. The child was reportedly taken to a hospital.
