Sports marketing agency, specializing in supporting high-level athletes (athletics). The agency is currently looking for a “Sports and Administrative Assistant” trainee. Under the direction of the Sports Agent, you will participate in the administrative management of the agency as well as in the development of the career and image of each of the athletes represented by the Agent.
Missions
Administrative management of athletes and competitions
– Administrative follow-up of competitions (calendars, athletes concerned, fees, prize money, etc.)
– Registration of athletes for competitions
– Logistics management of athlete travel to competitions
– Management of contract signatures
– Accounting follow-up and supporting documents and contact with the chartered accountant
– Invoicing athletes and competitions
– Optimisation des process d’organisation
Development of the sports career of athletes
– Monitoring of activities on the social networks of the athletes
– Search for new sponsors and production of presentations for partner and athlete meetings
– Monitoring of equipment manufacturers and sports products
Skills and personal qualities
– Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Skills on the Adobe Pack (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be appreciated
– Mastery of social networks
– Organization, rigor and autonomy
– Dynamism and responsiveness
– Writing skills, analytical and synthetic skills
– Involvement, strength of proposal and good interpersonal skills
– Creative spirit
Education level: from BAC to BAC+5
Other information :
Location: Champigny-sur-Marne but mostly telecommuting
Duration of the contract: minimum 4 months
Expected start date: as soon as possible
