The Marseillaise des Femmes is a women’s and charitable running/walking event which defends strong values of solidarity and conviviality; the MDF brought together nearly 8,400 participants in 2023, thus confirming its 3rd position in PACA walking races, behind Marseille-Cassis and the Nice-Cannes marathon, and its undeniable leadership in women’s races in the South of France.
The next edition will take place on Sunday May 26, 2024 and targets 10,000 participants…. A phenomenal challenge to overcome in this Olympic year. That tempts you ?
We are looking for an intern to carry out the following missions, from December/January/February to June 2024:
– Participate in the search, negotiation and coordination of service providers within a given budgetary framework (Village and course service providers)
– Participate in the drafting of administrative authorization requests, in conjunction with the services of the City of Marseille and the Aix Marseille Provence Metropolis
– Participate in the technical and logistical implementation of the event, in compliance with specifications and partnership agreements
– Participate in the smooth running of the event and its promotion, in coordination with the team of permanent staff and occasional speakers
– Participate in the recruitment of certain actors in the organization, in particular logistics and course animation teams
Required profile :
– Autonomy and rigor
– Ability to report
– Strength of proposal
– Taste for negotiation and relational ease
– Practical sense and taste for field missions
– High availability and resistance to stress as the event approaches
– Experience in events appreciated
– Permis B

Mission compensated monthly.
Workplace: association offices in Aubagne, ZI des Paluds, then on site at the MDF Village, Parc Borély, Marseille 8°; partial teleworking possible
