PRESENTATION
Big 3 Event is an agency specializing in consulting, design and production of sporting and cultural events.
From strengthening organizational teams to overall project management, we are involved in numerous events in a human dimension that makes us different.
The events will be diverse but over the end of year period rather focused on the operation of the “Les Étoiles du Sport” event. There will also be preparation of events for 2024
DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
Within the agency you will participate under the responsibility of the Director in the implementation of the project. From preparation to on-site operation, you will be involved in all stages of the project.
The scope of the missions may evolve depending on the agency’s profiles and news.
MISSIONS
– Definition of needs for an event
– Assembly of files for authorizations
– Writing specifications
– Research, monitoring and coordination of technical service providers
– Inventory, ordering and preparation of equipment necessary for events
– Creation of operational tools (roadbook, technical plans, retroplanning, briefs, distribution of tasks, schedules, etc.)
– Participation in the general coordination of the event
– Participation in customer meetings and reporting
– Handling
– Presence at events
COMPETENCE
FORMATION
– Minimum level: Bac+3 or more – Business school or University (communication, marketing, sports management)
– Mastery of office tools (Office): Very good level
– Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop would be a plus
– B license appreciated
