About the French National Olympic and Sports Committee – CNOSF
The French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) is a recognized association of public utility. It represents the Olympic movement on French territory and promotes the fundamental principles and values of Olympism. He organizes and directs the French delegation to the Olympic Games and competitions sponsored by the IOC. Representing the entire sports movement in the territory, the CNOSF brings together 110 national sports federations and associated members, and their 180,000 sports associations.

Integrated into General Management, and under the responsibility of the athlete relations manager and the CAHN project manager, your mission will be to support the CNOSF in its relations with the athletes of the High-Performance Athletes Commission.
In this context, you will have to:
- Administratively assist and support the proper functioning of the High Level Athletes Commission (CAHN) and its major projects: convening, establishing and sending agendas, co-organization and co-facilitation of meetings, production and sending of accounts. renderings, writing notes, preparing documents and providing support during meetings in collaboration with the internal services of the CNOSF.
- Support the project manager on the operational management of the CAHN political roadmap via the monitoring of its projects: objectives, milestones, deliverables, meeting deadlines, interface with stakeholders including CAHN athletes, interface with the CNOSF services.
- Support the management of the athletes dimension at Club France (mobilization, administrative monitoring, etc.)
- Participate in cooperation and sharing of projects with stakeholders, including the Paris 2024 Athletes’ Commission, the AFLD Athletes’ Committee, the French Olympians Association, the IOC Athletes’ Commission.
- Support the organization of the mobilization of high-level athletes in operations organized or supported by the CNOSF (blue weekends, In supporter mode)
Required profile
Currently in Master 2, ideally in management or sports law, you have a first successful internship experience with a sports organization and/or with high-level athletes.
You have good institutional knowledge of the sporting environment, its stakeholders and its national and international issues.
Expected skills
