We are looking for an assistant project/production manager who already has professional experience through internships/work-study programs in the field of , creation and/or production.
Integrated into the sales team, the intern will work under the responsibility of a project manager to monitor the agency’s various projects as a whole in interface with the various internal resources (creation, strategy, digital, legal) and external (service providers and partners).
More specifically, its missions will consist of:
– Ensure creative monitoring / benchmarks
– Help prepare presentation materials
– Participate in the organization of filming (coordination, logistics, reservations)
– Ensure monitoring of schedules and budgets
– Good command of the office pack and English (written/oral) is required.
– An appetite for sport will be a very appreciated plus.
Your profile :
– Bac +3 training minimum / Business schools, communication schools or universities
– Ability to analyze, synthesize and understand the issues/needs of advertisers
– Ability to lead projects with rigor and prioritize them
– Proactive, voluntary, curious and autonomous
– Mastery of Pack Office office tools
– English required
– A specialization acquired during school and/or a first experience (professional or voluntary) in the field of Sport would be a plus
Type of contract: 6-month internship / legal remuneration / 50% transport allowance / 1 day of teleworking per week possible
