Our missions revolve around: – consulting / auditing for brands (analysis of current partnerships,
Sector analysis and/or recommendations for public speaking strategies in sport) – support for brands in the implementation of their contractual rights –
The implementation of activations, on a yearly or ad hoc basis (example of partnerships: Tour de France, NBA, Formula E, Formula 1, Sailing, etc.)
DESCRIPTION OF MISSIONS:
Under the supervision of a Project Manager or a Client Manager, your missions will be as follows:
- Assistance/monitoring of the sports project manager: daily and direct contact to assist the team in charge of the customer account, preparation of presentations, design of support documents to help with the promotion and marketing of devices, participation in meetings.
- Design and operational implementation of customer operations: participation in the design, marketing, and event project management of customer activation campaigns to monitor the proper delivery of operations sold as well as their logistics. Operational presence at events led or supported by the agency.
- Coordination of service providers (technical and graphic): sourcing of the necessary service providers, production monitoring and project management with external service providers.
- Development and strategic recommendations of communication through sport to advertisers: active participation in the response to calls for tenders: participation in brainstorming and production of ideas, drafting of recommendations, etc.
- Support for the development of the agency: preparation of sponsorship and commercial offers, preparation of commercial tools, strategic watch.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
Formation :
Education bac+4/5 Business School or university equivalent
Graduation internship preferred
Desired affinities:
Affinity for events and digital appreciated
Sport & Entertainment: Interest in sport business
Interest in cycling (professional, leisure, cycle tourism, etc.)
Desired qualities:
Great capacity for analysis and synthesis
Ability to build relevant arguments and understand the needs of advertisers and customers
Proactive, dynamic, voluntary and autonomous o Ability to carry out projects with rigor and to prioritize them
Developed team spirit

English essential
Excellent knowledge of the Office Pack
License B holder for more than 2 years mandatory
PARTICULARITES :
Possibility of working outside qualified hours, evenings or weekends depending on events.
INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS:
Duration of the contract: 6 months (full time)
